I realise that a lot of the videos that I have been posting have been pretty serious and a little morose, so here is something to lighten up the place. Here is Pam Warhurst talking about “Propaganda Gardening”, about re-imagining community through gardening. Warhurst and a small group of volunteers started turning unused plots of land in their hometown (a town I am unfortunately unable to spell) into communal vegetable gardens that are not only beneficial to the creation of community, the local economy, and the environment at large, but are also useful in educating people about food and actually draw “food tourists”.
